Come to taste the vibrant foods of the Balearic Islands. We’ll Start with discussion of food history of Portugal & Spain’s best known foods and then taste a selection of Spanish wine and cheeseand then each group will create three Tapas Plates to share while we learn to make Seafood Paella and Greixonera ( An Ibizan style bread pudding with Cinnamon Caramel Sauce for dessert.)
