Cancellations and Refunds

  • Standard Cancellations: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email at least two weeks prior to the scheduled class.

  • Transfers: You are welcome to transfer your registration to a friend; please inform us in advance if someone else will be attending in your place.

  • Refunds for Standard Cancellations: We will make every effort to fill your spot. If we are successful in filling your spot with another student, a full refund will be issued.

Last-Minute Cancellations and No-Shows

Please note that there are no refunds or credits for last-minute cancellations or no-shows. We prepare for all registered attendees, so if you are unable to make it at the last minute, we encourage you to send a friend in your place.

Inclement Weather Policy

In the event of inclement weather, please check our social media and/or website for specific class updates. We hold courses open until 24 hours before the class meeting if severe weather is potentially forecast. If a class is cancelled, we will notify you via email and by phone if you have provided your number. In the case of a cancellation, you will have the option to receive a credit, transfer to another class, or receive a full refund. Refunds are processed to the credit card used for the purchase. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to process, depending on your bank.
