Policies, Cancellations and Refunds
ARRIVAL TIME & HELPFUL INFO
We respectfully ask that you arrive NO MORE than 15 minutes prior to scheduled class start time to allow staff to fully prepare for class without interruption. We are often quite busy right before class and want everyone to have a wonderful experience.
Please bring your refillable water bottle for the filtered water machine if you prefer to drink filtered water, in an effort to reduce plastic use, we do not provide plastic water bottles.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Standard Cancellations: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email at least two weeks prior to the scheduled class.
Transfers: You are welcome to transfer your registration to a friend; please inform us in advance if someone else will be attending in your place.
Refunds for Standard Cancellations: We will make every effort to fill your spot. If we are successful in filling your spot with another student, a full refund will be issued.
Last-Minute Cancellations and No-Shows
Please note that there are no refunds or credits for last-minute cancellations or no-shows. We prepare for all registered attendees, so if you are unable to make it at the last minute, we encourage you to send a friend in your place.
Inclement Weather Policy
In the event of inclement weather, please check our social media and/or website for specific class updates. We hold courses open until 24 hours before the class meeting if severe weather is potentially forecast. If a class is cancelled, we will notify you via email and by phone if you have provided your number. In the case of a cancellation, you will have the option to receive a credit, transfer to another class, or receive a full refund. Refunds are processed to the credit card used for the purchase. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to process, depending on your bank.
