This class is about bringing family together to create inspiring recipes you can make with us and enjoy at the end of class and also at home. This series includes both demonstration and participation elements and includes wine for the grown ups and organic juices for kids. For the December class we’ll make two kinds of pasta ( linguine and a filled ravioli) along with complementary sauces, appetizers, a crisp organic winter salad and blueberry crostata with cornmeal crust for dessert. We’ll also make a non-alcoholic infused iced tea.
