In this class of 14 students max, we’ll divide ( and conquer!) into 4 groups of three with each group making a special & unique fondue. Three cheese and the proper accompaniments then ending with a delightful chocolate fondue with all the dippers. Based on one of my favorite classes in San Francisco from many moons ago we’ll recreate a fabulous evening of fun and learn the trips to stabilizing cheeses and proper holding before enjoying our Fromage Feast! Urbanna Trading will pop by early to share some wine suggestions for each!
