Come learn to make the celebrated Provençal Seafood Dish that is Chef Mary Beth’s favorite! We’ll build on homemade fish stock a rich tomato base in which we’ll steam fresh rockfish, shrimp, clams and mussels ( and maybe more fish) then stir in garlicky handmade rouille & aioli and dip crusty French baguettes in to sop up the rich flavors while we dine. We’ll round out the meal with a crisp green salad with classic French vinaigrette and a light lemon sorbet to send you on your way! ( This class is not suitable for those with shellfish allergies and cannot be modified- seafood selection will vary based on market availability.) This is a demonstration style class with some participation, come hungry and prepared to have fun!
