Taste and learn about a variety of fabulous and unusual blue cheeses paired with wines to bring out their best. We’ll be tasting 4-5 unique domestic, English, Italian and French blue cheeses and serve them alongside proper accompaniments to include fruit spreads, honey, nuts and herbs with an acidic bite to balance the creamy richness of these bold players of the cheese world. Of course we’ll be playing Big Band Blues in the background tonight to round out the theme!
